Warranty conditions

1. Legal warranty period

Products/goods/items purchased by a natural person at "Estcok ge" LLC (identification number: 416382373) (hereinafter - "we" or "company") have a 2-year statutory warranty.

2. User Rights

Within the statutory warranty, if the product is found to be defective, the customer has the right to request free of charge repair or replacement of the defective product, a reduction in value, or withdrawal from the contract.

Repair and replacement of products are the primary rights of the consumer. The customer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the products free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the products or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost.

The product must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, so that the customer does not experience a significant delay, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose for which he purchased the product.

Repair or replacement of the Products free of charge means that the Company will bear all costs (including postage, labor and material costs) necessary to ensure that the Products conform to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.

The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the products or to refuse the contract, if one of the following conditions exists: a) it is impossible to repair or replace the products; b) the company did not repair or replace the product within a reasonable time and the customer lost interest in the performance of the contract; c) Repair or replacement of products by the company will cause significant disruption to the customer.

The customer has the right, in the case of withdrawal from the contract, to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the rules established by the legislation of Georgia.

The customer does not have the right to refuse the contract if the defect of the products is minor.

When determining how disproportionate or inappropriately large the cost is, the following conditions must be taken into account: a) the price of the product in case of compliance with the conditions provided for in the contract; b) the degree of non-compliance of the products with the conditions stipulated by the contract; c) an alternative possibility to eliminate the defect of the product without creating a delay for the user.

3. Burden of proof

If the customer discovers a defect in the product within 6 months of receiving it, until the contrary is proven, it is assumed that the defect existed when the product was delivered, if, based on its nature or the nature of the defect, it is possible. In this case, the burden of proof rests with the company.

If the customer discovers a defect in the product 6 months after receiving it, the burden of proving that the defect existed when the product was delivered rests with the customer.

The replacement or repair of the item is the right of the first order of the legal warranty, therefore the company is obliged to replace the defective product or repair the damaged product in accordance with the given conditions, in agreement with the customer, within 15 working days after the customer has handed over the product to the company, but in the event that there is a spare part in the product that can be replaced , which will not be on site and issued from abroad, then this period will extend to 30 working days (not including weekends and official holidays). The mentioned term may be extended up to 45 working days by agreement with the customer. In the event that it is impossible to repair the item or the item could not be repaired within the mentioned period, the item will be replaced with a product of a new identical model, or in the absence of such, it will be replaced with another model of identical specification by agreement with the customer, or the contract will be terminated and the paid value will be returned, in accordance with the law.

Repair or replacement of the goods free of charge means that the company will bear all costs (including postage, labor and material costs) necessary to ensure that the goods conform to the terms of the contract.

4. Receiving warranty service

In order to receive warranty service, the user is obliged to deliver the product to the company at the address specified by the company (specified on the company's website - www. estock.ge).

In order to receive warranty service by the user, it is necessary to follow the operating rules developed by the manufacturer in accordance with the attached instructions.

5. Exceptions

Warranty service is not performed if:

the warranty period has expired;
The warranty card is not presented / lost and the purchase cannot be identified in any other way;
or the data on the product has been deleted, changed or altered and it is impossible to identify the product;
The serial number / IMEI code is not readable / visible on the item and therefore it is impossible to identify the item.
The damage is caused by the removal of the seal or seal./The complaint is caused by mechanical damage to the device.
the device was used for a purpose not appropriate to its intended purpose;
The device has been disassembled (opened) for arbitrary repairs or for any other purpose that has caused malfunction/damage to the item.
The damage is caused by a computer virus or inappropriate files;
The damage is caused by foreign bodies or liquids entering the mechanism;
The damage is caused by violation of the rules and conditions of operation and storage.

6. Additional provisions

In addition to the present document, the warranty service conditions are additionally regulated in accordance with the rules established by the Law of Georgia on the protection of consumer rights.

This document - "Warranty Terms" is an integral part of the "Terms and Conditions of Website Use". By agreeing to the "Terms and Conditions of Website Use", you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Statutory guarantee does not apply to entrepreneurs/legal entities; Legal guarantee applies to the territory of Georgia.
